Content

Alright...after receiving more than a fair share of complaints about the difficulty of navigating the content folders, I decided to massively overhaul it.

To check out the new $5 folder structure, click here.

Besides the change in content locations, the biggest change is the "NEW CONTENT" folder. If implemented, I will dump ALL new content for the month into this folder WITHOUT organization. It'll JUST be an image dump, then it'll be cleaned out at the beginning of the new month. All content placed in this folder will also go into its respective, organized location.

The $15 folder also got a slight overhaul, but it's nothing worth wasting anyone's time on. All I did for it was clean out some of the older, finished works and remove one step of folder-opening to access the draft images.

I would immensely appreciate it if you guys and gals could take the time and dig through the new, proposed $5 folder structure then come back here and vote on whether or not you want it implemented. None of the current folder structures have been changed at the moment, and all content can still be accessed as usual.

Please keep in mind that if this new folder structure is implemented after majority approval, it will effectively make ALL past file paths meaningless. This was a HUGE overhaul of the $5 folder, and everything got moved to new locations.

Please take the time to vote on this. This new folder structure will only be implemented if it receives 75%+ approval.

Also, don't hesitate to leave a comment. I want to hear everyone's opinion before making such a massive change that will basically break 95% of my Patreon file paths.

i'm sorry i'm not a fan of the new structure i think your on the right track but the files are far to cluttered just full of pictures

The new structure is ok, probably an improvement over the old one though I never had as many issues with it as others have.

Lying Lark

Yes, yes, yes. Structure is always good. (I might be a little OCD) but the new structure helps look for image sets with more ease

I kinda have to agree. The F.U.T.A. & its comics area does seem less organized. Maybe sort it into subfolders by type within there? I think that would fix my only real issue with the system. I do like the "NEW CONTENT" section, where you can easily cycle material through.

Found myself lost in the FUTA pics unable to identify sets

I have never seen some of the FUTA pics

I like it only a little more than the old setup. The first layer setup is fine but once you start drilling down it's a mess but you know what's in there instead of bouncing from folder to folder.

I calling BS on anyone having a hard time (weep weep) finding anything in the current setup. It's simple, logical, and I don't need someone to hold my hand to show down the yellow brick road. Half the fun is exploring everything to find what might have changed since I was last there. Leave it alone and render on!

Generally seems fine. I agree with a few others here in that some additional sub-folders within each main folder would be helpful (e.g. separating 'Matches' from 'Outside the Ring' and that sort of thing.) So, technically I vote YES, but with the hope that some slight modifications will be made. I would also add that I didn't have much of an issue with the old structure, (certainly not as much as some people did) and while the I know adjusting to the new structure will be mildly frustrating if only because it's not familiar, I don't think it's 'bad'.

It's fine in general (i guess), but I think the non-comic pics deserve at least sorting by month, like it was in gold rewards folder before. It's easier to navigate. First, you can check it once a month for this month's bunch without digging through old staff. Second, you can find smth easier if you remember "hey, it was november reward" or smth. And also splitting the FUTA comics into "outside the ring" and season folders will be better too.

I'm ok with the old structure.

One file for all your newest work is a great idea (I’m on my phone right now, which makes even simple file-layers more difficult to follow.) Yes to the new, then, anticipating that some refinements are likely.

I like how its organized by series now my only question is what are the loose files in the folder before the comics? My only concern would be the new content folder, i think it would need proper labeling and maybe an index if you just dump them in there, other then that i think it works.

I like the new folders, BUT! I never have been able to make sense of why you name files a certain way. Why are some series 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 2c sequenced and others a simple 1, 2, 3, 4? It's also (sometimes) difficult to tell what series an image belongs to, based on file name alone. Not really asking for an explanation, just observing. SO, that being said, dump folders like the new FUTA folder or a current/monthly works folder kinda sound like a nightmare to me. It makes me think I'll have to reference Patreon posts more so than I do now to keep up.

I vote, I don't know. While the file system has always been a bit confusing. A far bigger problem as I see it is uncompleted works. Some sets just ramble on while others stay dormant for months or longer. This I simply can't find the rational for. I get a part one and part two idea but just adding a few images here and a few more there is at best ambiguous and convoluted. What would be of far greater value to me would be some division of solely shemale action segregated from hetero action. A more singular focus on story and a final completion.

I see you've been a patron for around six months now, so it's possible you aren't familiar with how I release certain comics. You're most-likely referring to the Outside of the Ring comics, which I release a few pages for every month. The reason for this is that my Gold Patrons receive a certain number of images every month as part of their patronage, and many of them decide to use these images to build comics revolving around their respective F.U.T.A. characters. Unfortunately, this results in the slow, monthly building of a comic a few pages at a time. Next month I plan on finishing all in progress comics in order to finish season 1 of F.U.T.A. properly before diving into new projects. As for the "dormant" comics you mention, these can happen for a multitude of reasons that can range from a Gold Patron cancelling their pledge, a Gold Patron deciding to instead devote their monthly rewards to something else, or in the case of it being one of my own, personal comics I just either get bored, lose the motivation, or start working on a more time-constrictive project. Finally, I have no plans to separate the gender-contents of works. That would only result in more folders, a more convoluted file system, more confusion, and more attempts to find out what works best for *everyone.*
