In the more lower income Urban side of Willow Creek, Foundry Cove Hills will include four differently styled apartments, a leasing office, and laundry room.

Palm Springs Hotel and Resorts

In the center of Oasis Springs the Palm Springs Hotels will feature Multiple Rooms with different price ranges.
