Hey Guys!

So one of our patrons Berkeley sent me an email with a little mock up he did to add a bit more flare to my original black and red Tuono design.  I wanted to share it with you guys and see what you thought about it.

Here are my thoughts.

1.  I think we should add carbon frame and swing arm covers to cover up that silver frame regardless of which paint scheme we go with as it makes the bike look much better.

2.  Although I do like the wheel tape/stickers, I don't know how I would feel about putting stickers over the carbon wheels...what do you guys think?

3.  The red parts he added would be the same red from my original design, not the metalic red from the photo.   He said it was just a quick Photoshop so he didn't match it exactly.

4.  We could add a slight tint over the headlights to match the smoked visor BUT that would probably make it tough to see at night so that's up to you guys.

Let me know your thoughts as we still have a week or so before the Carbon belly panel arrives and then the paint process will start!

Thanks again to Berks for the cool design!

I like this. Subtle but with some color so it’s not so plain.

If you stole some style cues from the Aprilia 660 concept that would work. I don't think you are going to make a custom headlight assembly and all that jazz, but the paint scheme is on point for the headlights. Doing something with those intake ducts would be great. It does not just have to be color, maybe write " Tuono " on one side and "Aprilia" on the other. Next, I would go after breaking up the giant polished and unpolished areas of the frame and swingarm. If you put a carbon cover over the rear swing arm that should be enough to break up all that silver and exhaust with that exhaust in mind, have you thought about getting the exhaust piping ceramic coated? Then you could pick a color and it would be something useful for the future owner as well. Other areas maybe even a different colored handlebar to match the rear sets.
