Hi Everyone

First of all thanks for being patient with us. The ALBUM review will be out very shortly. But we really wanted to get this done before moving forward. 

As some of you may know, we have had to write up responses to concerns and criticisms more than once. And we feel that if we are very thorough and transparent on all our decisions, then at least the clarity is there. Some may still disagree, but it won't be left up for interpretation. 

There are several misconceptions with our channel, our team, discord, polls, etc. So I put together a CCW document, with the help of our admin, detailing as much as possible about our entire process. There you can get insight on how and why we've done everything up to this point, as well as our plans and changes moving forward. It's all in there. 

I also understand a full on document is overkill and definitely not for everyone, but it got to the point where we felt like it was important to have everything documented somewhere for future reference. This is going to be a "living" document, meaning, it'll update over time as more changes are made. A link will be place in the description of all our videos. We think this will be easier, than explaining ourselves again in a few months if there is confusion about our process. 

*** And I just want to say, there has been an outpouring of love and support from so many people and it means so much. And we know a lot of the criticisms came from a place of love as well. Issues kept coming up for a reason, and I think a lot of it had to do with misconceptions about how CCW works behind the scenes. So we're hoping this helps with that.  

We are excited to get back to having fun and learning new things, and we apologize that the atmosphere on our platforms haven't been the best lately.
