I agree, an explanation of the song is much needed to understand better. The dance and the music are kind of surface level but if you understand the context of the song, you guys will know why they dance like that, why is the tone of their voices like that, and others. But still, hip thrust FTW. hahaha!

Ah the hip trusts… 😆 One of the things BTS is known for is their duality, for making ARMY scream their lungs out watching them dancing while singing about the deepest stuff. Baepsae, JK’s My Time, On, Tomorrow, Black Swan… these are all good examples of that, and that’s why most of us have to watch at least three times: one for the full thing, one for the lyrics and one for the choreography lol. Plus the energy they bring to the live version of their songs is always unmatched. Thanks for the reaction 😊

You will never enjoy this song as much as with the dance practice.... If you know you know. There are so many songs so enjoyable with the dances practice, like for example Butterfly, Am I Wrong, Like Pt1 and Pt2, For You..... Literaly another level of enjoyement

The DP is not just fun, it’s something I believe that really hooked a lot of people to go down the beautiful hole!!! The step that Abby mentioned (the one where they lean back) was created by j-hope (there's a Bangtan Bomb from a few years before this aired where he's teaching it to the other boys and saying he created it) so it was cool to see it end up in Baepsae. Also, this is THEE Baebsae performance but for b-day week, you should react to a short j-hope compilation of this because it's always kind of been his song performance-wise. Even in a Run episode, when ARMYs voted for the song as a song they want to see performed, Suga was like "they just want to see j-hope's hips." haha. But it's not just that...he did a different dance break at the end every time they performed it during the WINGS tour and a different dance section in the middle every time they did it for Love Yourself. He even does the splits in a few of them! Highly recommend!

After watching y'alls reaction a second time.... Summer: "I wish they were wearing something so we could really see it" PLEASE watch the DP- even if y'all don't do a reaction. There are so many amazing videos/performances of Bapsae. This video does not at all do justice to the choreography (former dancer here....lol) My first thought was awe man this one is so dark- they aren't gonna see all the good parts!!!! AND the camerawork wasn't good either! The DP is like one of the first things I show people when I introduce them to BTS!! I really do feel that y'all could do like a little 10 minute segment weekly at the end of one of the regularly scheduled videos with a "ok what did we see this week on our own that we just want to make a comment about!?" you could SO catch up on so many things without having to record your reaction! And make so many happy!! :) And make people watch til the end of all videos to see if you throw something in at the end....don't announce you're gonna do it...just do it at the end! Great way to keep everyone til the end to see what y'all say! Just a thought!!! #alliwantfromCCWisMORE #bestchannelever #ccw4life

I don’t know if you’ve ever watched but there’s also an “baepsae explained by a Korean” video just in case you didn’t understand the lyrics. I always felt this, ddaeng and ugh were easier to understand after watching those videos

Sobre Beapsea, aunque por la icónica coreo parezca una canción frívola o divertida, nada con BTS es tan simple. En realidad es una inteligente y bien expresada denuncia social contra la generación anterior que llevaron a Corea a la situación económica actual donde para los jóvenes acceder a un buen puesto de trabajo, una vivienda y cosas así es durísimo o imposible. Y los mayores acusan a los jóvenes de falta de esfuerzo… Y de ahí el gesto de rebeldía en la coreo que tanta gracia hace a Army, no es despectivo hacia los fans sino que es un gesto que le da fuerza al mensaje de la canción y a quienes va dirigido se darán cuenta…. Ojalá veáis el vídeo explicativo q os han dicho, merece la pena. Como con Ddaeng! o Ugh! conocer el significado permite apreciar las letras tan bien pensadas y de gran calidad artística! Gracias chicos!

Everybodys asking for it and me too, please check out DKDKTV's explained video by a Korean to understand that despite of the happy vibe and choreo of the song it isn't a "funny" song at all. And please, don't hesitate to pause if needed to really understand the topic BTS adressing in this song. Actually most of their songs which felt like a happy song contains serious topics. Wish you would sometimes do a deep dive into the lyrics and meaning of a song 🙏

I do hope you will look up the explanation of the Baepsae lyrics. Imo, it's the song of our generation and one of Bangtan's finest pieces. It criticizes the broken society we live in. Even though they wrote it from a Korean perspective, it is one of the songs that resonates with our generation and why we became Armys. I do not support DKDKTV and do not recommend them (after one of them sexually harrassed minor Armys in the comment section), so please check out doolset's explanation instead. This song is one of Armys' most beloved songs and not just because of hip thrusts. We appreciate the lyricism, the sound, and the way the choreo matches the lyrics (also, we know they choreographed at lot of this song themselves).

I don't know if anyone has said it before, but lyric videos on youtube are not always correct about who is singing what. The creators do the video based off of listening to the cd when it first comes out. Later, we see who sings it live at concerts (and sometimes that does change from the studio version, but not often). When this came out, Armys were arguing about who did the "must be kiddin' me" part. It didn't sound like JK to us, but who else could it be!? It was so fun to finally see them perform it live for the first time and finally see and hear Jungkook do that part live!

I Crow Tit is actually a small bird. Think like, about sparrow sized. Which is why the song was comparing them with storks, which are known for their extremely long legs. We don't have Crow Tits here in the US, so very few have actually heard of them. But Tits are actually a species of bird. The UK has one called a "Great Tit". As an avid bird-watcher, I love the references.

I honestly feel the same way! Idk where those comments are from, the complaints, confusion etc, i mean i get we pay for their content and we want them to see everything but they will get to see all of it eventually, no need to rush. BTS content is endless lol We want them to keep up but am just happy they get to watch BTS contents. They will eventually keep up too as the same case with every new Army. We still have time til 2025. And they can watch other BTS content on their own time too, not a recorded reaction.

I agree, I understand the need for them to watch certain videos but I don’t believe the way it’s creating chaos is necessary, I really enjoy their reactions and I know eventually they will get to things, what I am afraid of now is that they will stop enjoying bts content because of all the chaos that’s happening and I hope they don’t stop cause there are people out there like me that look forward to any reaction they produce. I wish everyone complaining would just take a chill pill and communicate in a nicer way instead of attacking them. sigh.
