kokomelon

was waiting for this. so excited!!

Rasha

Let’s go

Dorsa

💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

☾Joey

I’m really curious on when the movies will be watched.. especially for this one, because it adds a lot to the docu-series Anyway, thanks for posting ^-^

erica

so excited!!

Audrey Vasquez

Gosh I’m the SAME way with water, Daniel!! It’s so shameful haha. Like I’ll get to the end of my day and be like “oops I didn’t drink water today” and my friends are like 😳😳 lol Anywayyy excited for this reaction!! Love this documentary.

Chim

😂😂 I’m also the same with drinking water

chantal bavaud

Are you also going to watch the disney plus documentery?

Sina Yazzie

I was reading on my kindle & didn’t realize it was past midnight until I checked it said, “3:00am” on January 1.

Vanessa Ramirez

Always enjoy the docuseries. Hopefully you get around to the movie as well. I know it seems redundant but it’s a different experience from the series. Always look forward to Wednesdays 🖤

Seneca

always love the long random intros hahah. you guys could easily not have the camera on, but instead let us hang out with you while you're on "break" 😂

justsarah

Daniel, that's meee. I HATE drinking water and I never do it unless I've got like, mio or something. And even then I only drink it on rare occasion 😂 my doctor hates me

Seneca

loool i'm the exact opposite– i literally love water 🤣 i just know my body needs it so when i drink it i feel like i'm fueling myself haha

hanziesung

Thank you so much🫶

maple

i’m trying to watch this in class by my wifi is so bad 😫

K

don't worry guys, when they come to the states what they say is translated by a translator so you'll understand what they are saying.

Seneca

i believe this is in 2018, not 2019! or at least it starts in 2018 (haven't seen the full doc). the "love yourself tour" is in 2018, then a little confusing bc the 2019 tour is called "love yourself: speak yourself"

Tarmill

Yay, I feel like everyone who is an army needs to see these documentaries

Daijah

I dont know this man personally but he said he only drinks monsters and Mountain Dew no water…I truly dont understand!

kokomelon

yes it starts in 2018 and continues till early 2019 if i'm not wrong

Rasha

So when BTS is doing a concert outside of Korea, they have a translator that will translate everything in the local language

ravel

In the docs it's all of their pressure and anxieties, and then you watch the behinds from the "memories" or bangtan bombs and it's the funny and chaotic parts so I used to altern between the two to get the full experience

Maya

yeah..after album review...concerts!

Mint Wolf

Was waiting for this! They have such great documentaries showing sides of their tours we dont normally see.

APOBANGPO7

Should we also point out that that was the year they mentally struggled the most? This documentary was so raw 💜 I respect them so much for everything they’ve been through and they are still here standing as one for us 👑💜

Sydney Defreitas

i believe they're doing the shows in order. So if they are (they may not be, this might change) it'll be this show, bv4, break the silence, in the soop 1, in the soop 2, (idk if they're gonna do the solo disney+ documentaries), and then the new one

KumiKo

I think it’s safe to say on behalf of some ARMYs that the “break time” for BTS to change outfits or prepare for the next set is also a break for us. After all the jumping and singing and getting all hyped up with the performances, omg I personally needed a breather. My stamina is not as up there as the guys and the little breaks actually gave me time to rest a bit so i wouldn’t pass out 😂😂 I haven’t yet thank God and I have finished the concerts ive been to…exhausted but happy! 😊 They play VTRs when they’re not on stage, so even if no members are there to entertain the ARMY while one or two of them are getting ready for the next stage or solo, there is enough visual and auditory stimulus to keep the crowd hooked 😁 I Raised my hand up too to say I’m excited for this series!! 🙋‍♀️ Let’s get it!! 💜

Makayla Vante

I think Jungkook just "messed up" a part (but none of us would ever notice) and it was just weighing on him. That part where he went off the stage, bent over and someone patted him on the back, I think that was just because his part of the choreo was done and usually those not in the direct choreo move off the stage and then run back in when its their turn and he was just out of breath. Looking forward to seeing you guys react to the rest of the series <3

Ahjusshi_Brown

After watching this, I can confirm you guys did indeed hear “Jump” during this episode before recording your Skool Luv Affair album reaction 😂😂

Criza

they have translators whenever they tour in foreign countries so you're good. ☺️ you'll be able to understand them.

Daijah

53:47 Let me just say you’ll never get that in a U.S date because everyone’s all quiet while their talking in korean and then when the translator starts to talk everyone screams!😭 It’s just like can they finish talking first.

Ahjusshi_Brown

It was raining. The guys kept saying that there was a typhoon and that it was interfering with their practice for the concert (eg. Jimin saying they had a bad rehearsal but they had to go inside). FYI: A typhoon is what the western hemisphere of the world calls hurricanes.

Randi

i havent been to a full bts concert but i saw Agust D in Chicago (best day of my life, srsly), and in between songs there was a video thing playing with some kind of story being told between songs. there was a lot of symbolism i didnt understand (tbd i understood none of it). so there was never a dull moment. also... i cannot handle too much loud noises so i had to wear noise reducing earbuds during show, and unfortunately couldn't understand a thing either Yoongi or the translator said (it didnt help that we were all screaming while they spoke). but whatever. i'm sure there will be a documentary at some point and i'll catch it then.

Anna Marie Aguirre

Thank you all for this! By the way, is it just me or was there a baby crying in the background at the end? LOL

IDEA Girl

How about Texas Ice Tea? I drink lots every day. I'm not a plain water person either. And not full Texas Sweet Tea. But that's what keeps me hydrated. Try Lipton Cold Brew. Put a bag in cold water. Tastes home brewed. It's good. I'm sure I drink a gallon a day! 2nd place. Freshly squeezed limeade. 3rd place. Freshly squeezed lemonade. When I go out to eat...I'd like water with extra lime. I make my own limeade when I go out to eat!

Leeh Marx

I'm the opposite of Daniel, I LOVE drinking water, and only don't drink water when I don't have an option, like parties. But even then, I can totally drink juice and a cup of water after. Thanks to that, I pee a lot 😂😂

Lizeth Valadez

I can’t wait for you guys to watch a concert 😁 I wish you watch any of the last ones that are available on stream platforms like PTD on Disney+ or the one in Busan in prime video

riizeingshine

I RECOMMEND WATCHING SAVE ME + IM FINE STAGE BECAUSE THESE TWO SONGS ARE CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER AND ALSO THERE ARE MANY CONNECTIONS IN THESE SONGS, I CANT EXPLAIN BUT IN FAKE LOVE MV, IF YOU SWITCH SAVE ME UP AND DOWN, IT BECOMES I'M FINE, THEY INTENDED IT IG USING CALLIGRAPHY(?)

TAMANG

I legit was about to comment on this …….I had to look through the comments to see if anyone beat me to it ……thanks for commenting ……as enjoyable as the series are I really loved the movies….I hope they get the chance or time to react to them or even watch it in their own time if they want 🤷🏾‍♀️

Cherry Valens

Abby, the part where you were saying they are messing with their packs, V’s quit working and because V’s part was coming up and he had a big part Suga switched his pack with him!

noel

The concert you guys are talking about is the one in 2015 in Japan, basically Tae got sick and had to go to the hospital and Yoongi wasn't on stage (it's speculated that he had a panic attack behind stage because of some lyrics from his song). The members went on stage did a few songs but they had to cancel the concert, and you could hear Japanese army sobbing etc. After the tour the guys got a break, and Yoongi went back to Japan to the concert hall to reflect on what happened and he also wrote us a long letter where he apologized and said he was going to try harder etc because some people were hating on him for not showing up. He later released The Last on the 1st Agust D mixtape where he mentioned hiding in the bathrooms because he was too afraid of people so he couldn't go on stage, and like I said people think he is most likely talking about this 2015 concert.

Lisa M T

It took me 3 hours to watch the whole video. It's a shame my WORK got in my way and interrupted my viewing..😉😋😋

moonie εïз

as you said you can see how much they’ve grown, and you’ll continue to see it as you watch the docus. it’s v nice to see. vcrs play throughout the show so there’s never a dull moment. the vcrs for the love yourself tour were very cute ☺️ i’ve seen some comments say they couldn’t hear the interpreter because of the screams but personally i could hear just fine lol ig it changes based on sections.i remember during his tour, yoongi complimented the crowd bc they went silent when he did a 🤫 gesture.

Tamara

JK got upset and couldn’t focus after a small mistake in euphoria before his big note It wasn’t obvious but he was depressed about it At that time, BTS (specifically JK and Jimin) were perfectionists but it wasn’t good for their mental health cause they were stressed about small mistakes all the time Through your journey watching them you will see the changes they went through becoming the BTS we all know today Can’t wait for next episodes Sorry if I spoiled anything cause I don’t remember these episodes … I am rewatching them with you 🙈💜

Nallie

As for the understanding what they're saying during a concert - they actually have an official translator who relays the meaning of members speeches real time to the fans, so I think if the concert is in a english-speaking (?) country you don't have to worry about that ;)

Nallie

I'm really excited for you to watch the rest of the Bring the Soul series! Your videos are literally the only thing I'm looking forward to these days and I'm very much enjoying all the content you bring to the table. Thank you for the joy you bring us! <3

lis

I'm so excited for this series!!

Nina 1995

Guys I have another question cuz Im new: they seem to quote In The Soop in their Youtube reactions a lot but I cant find their reaction to ITS here on Patreon. Thoughts?

Carrol

Yeah. I hope they get a chance to watch the movies🤞🤞🤞

Itami

JK's "mistake" apparently nobody noticed it lol, not army nor the other members. he is the only one who knows and he is just so hard on himself :c apparently it was something during his euphoria performance. the clip of him backstage bending down looking kinda frustrated and down was after the performance, so no he didnt go off stage mid performance or anything. He always sees every performance through to the end no matter what is going on with him

Itami

other members usually cover each others parts if someone is missing, it's super rare that someone isnt present cuz usually even with injury they are present, just maybe not dancing. They always leave the space in their dance formation which i think is sweet and considerate. Jungkook being the main vocalist has the role of filling in whenever a member cannot sing, he covers for both singers and rappers. I think Jungkook has been missing once during a save me performance and V covered his part during that.

Hibz

There was a typhoon in Korea the whole week before the concert that's why they said they could only have one rehearsal at the stadium the day of the concert. That is why also all the fans were wearing raincoats and the monitors were covered to protect them from the rain.

ferni garcía

Not Gabriel confusión "I'm fine" with "Save me" ahhaha We all been there 😅

Hibz

Also wanted to tell you guys that the link you're using is extremely low quality. This page has all the documentaries in HD with subtitles and is very easy to navigate. https://0613data.tumblr.com/documentaries

Hibz

Jungkook said he made a mistake in euphoria. If you watch the movie, there's a better explanation of what happened, how he reacted to it after the concert as well as the other members' reaction.

Arla

Ep 1 is soo good! Excited for this series!! Can’t wait as well for you guys to watch the PTD concert!!

Arla

Besides RM, Hobi is also doing the run through of their setlist before they go on stage 💜💜💜

Zahraa

It's not only RM that has to remember the set list they all obviously have to, we've seen Hobi go over it aswell, I don't think it's a set thing that RM has to do it. Yes RM is the leader but they are all equally involved with stage production and are in charge of their own solo stage and they all equally are able to give input. Leader in a kpop group doesn't mean you are in charge or that you decide how things go. RM has said that he's a bridge between the member's and the company, similar to a sports captain. Honestly if he was in charge of everything I don't know how he would cope that's too much stress.

Cece

They have an app which syncs all lightsticks during a concert via bt. When you go to the venue, you go to the pairing booth first to get it sorted out.

katie

Yayyyy I love watching these with yall!

katie

Also have you see I'm Fine yet?? It goes with Save Me so when you do react to it, make sure watch a stage that has them together. You'll get it when you hear the music :)

Melody Tapkida

The reason he went to the side during the performance wasn't because he messed up then. It is because during BTS' dance performances not all 7 members are present at every part. When performing live, sometimes they have to step to the side because its not their part. Hence why Jimin also stepped to the side before they both went back in on their parts.

diana

korean crowds are always sat down idk how they do it but different cultures i guess

katherine landaverde

When you finish Bring The Soul I really recommend BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star it’s on Disney plus if you have it

Cheyenne

It's been mentioned above but bts have a translator with them during tours so you don't have to worry about not understanding anything. All of the members also practice English phrases backstage and will speak in English. If they want to get their message across better, they will speak Korean but they all try extremely hard to speak whatever language army speaks. Bts have said they're grateful that army tries to sing along to their songs and learn Korean so they want to give back and do the same. If the members go to spain they try to speak spanish, if they went to paris they spoke french, if they went to brazil they spoke portuguese, etc etc. They're thoughtful.

Daydream⁷

OMG concerts!! Let's watch them together. May I suggest two of my favorites 'Love Yourself Speak Yourself' Rose Bowl LA or 5th Muster Magic Shop in Busan to get the best first taste of a BTS concert! They have so much fun with ARMY in these!

Ivy Rose Bongbong

Yes....watch concerts please..there concerts are the best..Love Yourself, 5th Muster, PTD and the YTC in Busan..I actually love all their concerts and would love to watch it again with you 😚😚

ravel

they are just aware of ITS as a show BTS did because of compilations, the guide and ppl's comments (and daniel's insane memory) but they are reacting to things in order they were released mostly so ITS will most likely be way later

ravel

There's Break The Silence before, but don't worry, they seem eager to do all documentaries

Nana

i was at this show :'))) unforgettable experience it was crazy! about the ments at the end when they speak, when they are in a different country there i a translator to the country's language but in Korea they obviously don't. Gabriel was right, you either befriend the army beside you so they tell you what they're saying or you're on twitter to see live translations sdfgsdg

Isa

If you guys want to discover a fun (meaningful) fact: please look at Yoongi when they do their little bangbangtan chant with their hands all together before going on stage... It's quite iconic and you saw it many times but if no one points it out, it's easy to miss and I need you guys to know! ;)

ParkMinJeon

I think theyre watching everything in order so they’ll get to it at some point

Jacqueline

I probably have said this before, but watching BTS content with you (I don't care whatever you decide to watch), is like sitting down with friends and just having an amazing time. Thank you for all the time you spend with us.

IDEA Girl

Summer. Go get your back checked out. Just make sure it's not serious. I have spinal stenosis. And neuropathy. Both have those symptoms. It could be nothing. But your nerve is hitting something so you feel that lightning electrocution run through your spine. See if your doctor can refer you to a specialist. Better to check it out now. It could get worse. Just so you know I had successful spinal stenosis surgery. And meds help my neuropathy. So it's very treatable. You may need to NOT Lift anything until you get checked out. Please do get checked out. You dont want it getting worse. You could have those electricity shocks through your whole body. Not good when you are driving. Take Care. I can recommend the Texas Back Institute in Plano. I was diagnosed and received physical therapy and was treated there long ago when I lived in Plano. My back went out...a freak accident..outdoor lounge chair back part broke and I fell back ... . and I was out of commission for nearly a month. This was before my surgeries. And neuropathy. So take good care of yourself. Become your #1 priority.

2024-01-12 18:43:52 i really love you guys' reaction. if i could be a little greedy, i'd like you to pay a bit more attention to the interviews, because that's the heart of the documentary. i know the scenes are captivating, but when they're talking through the interview, i hope you pay attention to their words more than what's going on in the background. their narrations are the main, the scene is secondary. you can miss the footage but you cannot miss their words when it comes to docu-series. because that's what the show is ultimately trying to tell the viewers.

BTS documentaries are so good that I'd re-watch whenever I feel lost, exhausted or on the edge of losing energy/passion. They always remind me all the beautiful things are results of tons of hard works, teamwork, eager for improvements & support of each other. The series have been edited, in real time they produced, practiced, recorded, rehearsed hours, days, months. Love Yourself World Tour had 62 concerts in 24 cities. Now look back at their timeline during this tour period, they performed in Korea for Comeback stages/music shows, prep & performed award shows incl. MAMA/MMA/AMAs/MGA/GDA, performed in US including AGT/Jimmy Fallen/GMA, recorded RUN BTS!, filmed Bon Voyage S3, speech at UN, RM released "Mono" mixtapes, Jimin released "promise", prep & released "Map Of the Soul", released "Boy with Love" MV, filmed 5th Muster made 2019 season greetings, tons of new music producing at the background plus all the commercials/interviews/talk shows, tones of Vlives ... ARMYs were absolutely spoiled but man it's exhausting to even think about what crazy schedules they had... No wonder at the time when they need to renew their contract, some had to think twice if they wanna continue or not... They really deserve everything they achieved or should be much more!

Sheryl T

I wish the videos are downloadable because the quality for me is bad and I'm having a hard time reading the subtitles.

Lashette

Enjoyed this as expected. Just to put these docu-series in perspective, they come out way after te tours are over. In between that time, concert DVDs are released. Usually one for each continent at least. Those concert dvds have all their prep before each tour and the concerts themselves. Included photoshoots for promo and merch, practice, commentary and more. Plus the actual full concert itself. By the time we get the docu-series, most have already either been to a concert, seen tons of fancams and/or the dvds. So to not make things redundant, these docu-series don't show most of that stuff you guys want to see. Because its been shown already. Even the majority of the camera angles are different in these. Watching things as they came out, we already know the details of what happened at particular concerts already unless it was backstage. I'm saying all this so you guys can look forward to some day seeing the concert dvds where you get the prep and promo and see how they come out on stage, etc. And to explain why they cut away from epic moments and don't fully explain others. It's already been shown or explained in other content that came out before.. Other small funny moments also pop up in their bangtan bombs on youtube.

Karin

I'm really happy to watch these documentaries with you. I'm okay with watching them on my own, but having someone to point out things that I miss makes the experience more amazing. I'm happy that there are four of you to point out many things. I have my cousin to watch it with, but we focus on the same things and our interest comes from the same place. 😂 So, you guys having the discussion before and after the series, and then pointing out interesting things from another perspective while we're watching makes the rewatch so good. ❤️ Thank you for doing these! Ya'll work so hard. And I love your genuine interest in everything about them. ❤️

Laura

I forgot you guys were reacting. I got caught up in your story at the beginning. I'm from Alabama, so we go to the smokies often.

Danie Vasquez

Yess. I love watching "Memories" of the year because that's mostly when they are in rehearsal and their funny interactions in between 😊

Litisha Miller

I'm not entirely sure what happened in the instance you guys were discussing when one or the other couldn't be there...but...I do know I've heard that being the main vocalist, JK knows all the parts and can stand in for any of the other members (rap or vocal line). BUT...if JK can't perform there is no stand in for him...he has too many parts and ad-libs etc for anyone else to fill in for him.

shafee

watching these series with you guys makes me somehow forget that they’re not on a break it feels somewhat a relief lol idk what im saying…

Kelly NaTae

yeah, me too, i feel accompained. i don't if that is the correct word but this is how i feel when i look at them watching BTS stuff haha

Maria Jeon

Gracias chicos por reaccionar a este documental 💜💜
