We need to talk about something.... (Patreon)

Good Morning to all our amazing Primos -
So....the last couple of days have been a bit tough on us, going through and reading everyone's comments. And since we of course understand the passion behind them, we felt like a single simple response wouldn't be enough to give our perspective.
This is something we've ALWAYS done on our channel since day one, but never officially discussed it until now: And that is our commitment to maintaining our version of a family-friendly or “PG” channel. Recently we've received some questions and feedback regarding this, so we wanted to take a moment to officially address this now, to clarify our stance.
Our Definition of Family-Friendly: We follow our own definition of family-friendly content, which extends beyond just avoiding curse words. It includes steering clear of overtly sexual, vulgar, sensitive, or exceedingly gory material. That being said, we recognize that what's considered vulgar or sensitive can vary from person to person. However, we will always post content that aligns with what feels right to us.
Sensitive TV Shows: Occasionally, we might encounter TV shows with sensitive or sexual content. In these cases, we may choose to blur or censor certain scenes, and this will be at our discretion. This of course will remain consistent, regardless of the show.
Treatment of Music Videos: We treat music videos somewhat differently, as extensive blurring or censoring can disrupt the music experience. Our aim is to strike a balance between maintaining our standards and respecting the artistic integrity of the music. If we feel like a balance cannot be made, we may choose to not release the video.
Consistency Across All Content: Some may not agree with our approach, and that's absolutely okay. But it is essential for us to be transparent about our commitment to this standard, which will apply to all content we release, regardless of the content type, artist, or other factors.
Perceived Inconsistencies: Occasionally you may notice something that hasn’t been censored but it clearly violates our standards. When this happens generally it is because there was symbolism or a hidden meaning that we are unaware of, and therefore, didn't feel the need to censor. But the goal is always to remain consistent.
Respecting Our Direction: Just as we strongly believe in respecting the artistic choices of BTS and other artists, we hope you'll show us the same courtesy. We're striving to create content that resonates with our vision and values, and your understanding means the world to us.

To summarize, at CCW, our commitment to family-friendly content goes beyond avoiding explicit language; it encompasses steering clear of overtly sexual, vulgar, sensitive, or excessively gory material. We aim to strike a balance between maintaining our standards and respecting the artistic integrity of the content we react to. Just as we believe in respecting the artistic choices of others, we kindly request your understanding and support in respecting our direction as we continue to create content that aligns with our vision and values.
Thank you all for being a part of our Patreon community and supporting our journey. We hope this post sheds light on where we stand in regard to our content, and we look forward to continuing this incredible journey with you all.
We love you all!

PS - Based on what we defined above, we did work closely with our editor (Xen) and found a method that works for us for today's reaction. It'll be the Alternate Version & MV.
