I love your videos, I watch them all, please react to Rookie King, it is literally BTS's first variety show at the time of its debut, it is very fun, it has challenges, games, performances, a bit of everything, there are 8 chapters , this is the link = https://youtu.be/50B6J1JO9z4?si=ObHr3yl8iXRVOgyV , in that channel there are all the chapters, I hope you see it and enjoy it, keep it up ♥

Mishianna Summerville

They usually have a translator there for the crowd that mic'd up

Arla

Regarding Gabriel’s question, whenever they have a concert overseas for example in the US, they always have a translator translating what they are saying in english 🙂

J.N

They have a translator there in real time guys. Also recently sign language

ADB

not just english! they do it for other languages too, i know they’ve had french and saudi translators too

Lulu K

Yes please also do the movie! If you have to do it in 3 parts, I don't care I will watch it all!

Azhin Hassan

They have translators in every country they perform at. Cause usually they hold speeches at the end and also interact a lot with the audience during the concert😊💜

Dhanya

Loved this episode reaction :) I would strongly recommend you to watch the "Bangtan Bomb" for billboard music awards 2017 to really understand the kind of barriers they broke as a K-pop artists. Hoping the Mods & admins second this..

suga suga roon!

Thai army here 🤧💜💜💜

KumiKo

They did the Asian leg of the tour after taking a break and Bangkok was the first city. Jin said so in the documentary that they had a long break. You guys missed it 🙃 They also mentioned it during their huddle before their Bangkok show that they haven’t performed in a while. You were focused on the map so you missed it too…but that was it guys. The break was when they went to Hawaii to shoot Bon Voyage. And then they headed back to Asia to continue their world tour. 💜

noel

great reaction!!💜are you guys gonna react to the movie after the show?

CC

Yes army bombs can form words in the audience! They’re connected to bluetooth, people register their seat number so only specific seats change colour to form words or hearts :) Still can’t believe they did a world tour + burn the stage docu + movie + a bon voyage season + run bts + livestreams + writing music AND receive a billboard award all at the same time?! No wonder they were exhausted here, sometimes. The conversation suga and jimin had in the car about him learning to rap reminded me of their suchwita episode haha, I’m glad the company saw the light and were finally convinced that Jimin has to sing. He’s such a beautiful singer.

Honey 0613

They usually have translators (including sign language) on site, but also try to learn a few phrases or sentences in the local language so they can connect with the Armys

Mz. Lee (A.R.M.Y since 2015)

The moment you start getting triggered by things said about the guys, you know you're already deep down the rabbit hole

Thaciany Cabral

They have a translator for internacional shows, guys. In real time <3

BZ

Ohhh great idea! Maybe another poll contender :)

Alwena Willis

They had it’s a shame to say put up with a lot of prejudice at the time of their first Billboard award. Rude journalists that treated them poorly people making derogatory remarks loud enough for them to hear when they entered venues for events. They put up with it all with a smile on their faces. They are now very cautious on whose show they go on when in America and which journalists they will interact with. They are not blind to all the prejudice but as they have been treated unfairly in their home country for years I think they have developed a thick skin. People compare them to the Beatles but they never had to contend with half of what BTS has had to go through and I doubt any Western group would have survived it all! Such strong characters each and every one of them. Thanks for this review, awesome as usual. 💜💜💜💜

BZ

Awww this was such a good reaction!! I absolutely love this documentary! Firstly, the editors have done a brilliant job. My god they are good at what they do hehe but they also have so much amazing material to work with too!! BTS themselves are such good story tellers and they share so much of themselves with us!! I am glad that Chapter 2 is giving them a much needed break and they totally deserve it after working so hard for so long :) Also, CCW you guys are awesome reactors... the hard work and hours you all put in to give us amazing content is appreciated! So thank you <3

Lisa M T

Great reaction. I too get defensive about media comments made.....YEARS AGO! 😊😊

juju

When Jin and Tae fought it was at Newark. Then they went to Chicago where they performed on that tiny stage. And then Anaheim where they visited Long Beach (remember them running around on the beach?). They didn't focus as much on the concerts in the States but rather on the boys' off-camera lives and the episodes move past the dates fast.

Jen

they have translators but that part is edited out ;) If you check out a concert video from them down the line, you'll hear it!

Vane

If you want to watch a little more behind the scenes from their BMA :) https://youtu.be/wkEWj4_Vyfc?si=1HX9DjjVO3n8cSsR

moonie εïз

like many have said, there’s interpreters at concerts! the boys learn certain things in the language of the country they’re in but for longer speeches, the interpreter is there. some of them do longer speeches in english and japanese sometimes, especially in their more recent concerts in the US. you can tell they’re more comfortable speaking it. they’re v sweet, they really do try hard to communicate w fans in their language even if it’s just a few words.

KumiKo

In Namjoon’s solo song “Reflection” the chant that you guys heard from the crowd was “we love you.” Namjoon singing “I wish I could love myself” ARMY: “We love you!!” 💜

Aainnabella

I remembered how much i cried when they called BTS as the top social artist.

Dquiettype

yay another day watching my 7 favorite guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

bb

i know your schedule is pretty packed and hectic (can't thank you enough for doing as much as y'all do) but i want to throw out there that I think you'd love some of yoongi's and namjoon's solo music, I feel like they really bear their inner thoughts there. and maybe some album reviews since all 7 are about to have their own albums. love love all of your content💜💜💜💜

Yasmine SB

Guys if you did some wrong comments in the beginning, we noticed it wasn't malicious or doubtful about BTS's integrity, you were just a bit naive about the topic and you are enough wise to knowledge those mistakes now... But what BTS faced is unimaginable... the amount of times interviewers asked them front camera "how do they have that much fans?" or " where those numbers come from?" is insane.. To these day, most of western medias try to insert in people's minds that BTS's numbers are fabricated, even with the records they broke and the stadiums tour they've done... Still a large part of medias won't give them their credibility and knowledge their impact.... And we're not even talking about the blatant racism and xenophobia they faced.

juju

The part where Jungkook fell (35:22) was fake, he just did it for laughs lol.

Chloe

Hope you check out 4 oclock. RM singing gave me 3 extra lives. 💜💜

Maya001

They call us bots cuz they can’t fathom the amount of Army support 🙄

Yasmine SB

No, they know we're not bots... They want people to ignore it by manipulating the narrative in the medias and make them blind.

Tammy S

I’m going to need someone to suggest a triple feature for the next under 30 minute video regarding Friends, 4 O’Clock, and Jimin and V’s Festa video w/ the added info of in BV Season 2 when Tae is reading his letter he wrote for Jimin on the boat he mentions Jimin being the one that comes to meet him at dawn, their fight, how it led to V making 4 o’clock and how that fight was also referenced in Friends, a song Jimin co-wrote/produced about his and Tae’s history and how the two of them, as said by the other BTS members for years, are soulmates. Festa Video: https://youtu.be/E9Un7WD-yJM?si=NIDyegxGpxaBOqUl 4 O’Clock: https://youtu.be/9YLncW_G5VA?si=C9XM0ZyFBznJ1JSu Friends: https://youtu.be/VHnTlANKdeg?si=-CZ6I-Zwtuuqfi2U

Christine Canada

That's the last concert of BTS in the Philippines. I was an army already back then but I didn't have enough money for concert tickets. The following year I got great job to buy myself a ticket but they didn't return for a world tour huhu

Bun_s_life

When Namjoon performed his song "Reflection" (from album "Wings") he was singing "I wish I could love myself". This song is so heartbreaking, relatable for many people and makes our eyes sweat when we think how Namjoon shared his deepest parts, shadows and demons with us. Performing this song must've been difficult for him. ARMYs knowing that decided to sing to him back then and it was not the official fan-chant. Fans came up with that themselves. They decided to shout "WE LOVE YOU!" back to his every "I wish I could love myself". Supporting him when he is doubting himself. Just imagine that... 🤧💜

Emma

I think they'd love Snooze (among many others, but that one comes to mind for me first).

Ali

Yes! CCW needs to see more vmin in general, imo. I’m still thinking about the last episode of BV2 when CCW talked about how they didn’t realize Jimin and V were close. I was in shock. I forget sometimes how much they still don’t know. The 95 bond is so precious. What’s the Army saying? -‘Taehyung was born in the last few hours of 1995 so Jimin wouldn’t be alone’ Vmin are the soulmates.

Ali

You guys are talking about people skipping intros videos and I’m hoping you can’t see exactly how many times I’ve rewound certain moments- Daniel’s reaction to Yoongi running in the forest in Run ep 8 or Summer imitating V’s chair dance in Festa 2021 (to name a couple).

Ali

Ok, guys, NO ONE can claim you aren’t Army now. As soon as you paused the video to work out the historical timeline of WHEN this video was located in comparison to BV2, I was like- “Oh this is too familiar”. You’re now just a short step away from trying to place when Run episodes were filmed by studying members hairstyles. 😂

Laura B

At concerts that are based in primarily English speaking countries they have an interpreter or try their best to do their ments in English, but I’m sure army will tell you whether they spoke in English or not we would still scream at every word just to show them how much we appreciate everything they’ve done for us haha!

Krystal

I want someone to look at me like Gabriel looked at Abigail, in the beginning of the video

Cherie Partin

just saying but Daniel is saying/reacting like every ARMY has to the way they were and ARE still treated, there was only a few interviewers who were genuinely nice and supportive of them but the sad thing is the rest of their crew wasnt nice to the guys and to this day will make remarks...

Cherie Partin

right! like i want me a Gabriel or Daniel...but it seems they dont make them like this anymore...

Nicole

it's been fun watching this again with you all after not having seen it in a while

Tanya perez

That was Newark New Jersey, the concert I went to where Jin and V had their little spat.

jmgi

During namjoon’s part, he was singing “i wish I could love myself” and the crowd was singing “saranghae” which means “i love you” in korean, back to him. Beautiful priceless moment. Hoping you’d react to this live performance of namjoon soon.

Dream

Seriously, was Namjoon like Socrates in his past life? Every time he speaks I time travel to ancient Greece, Classical Athens

Dani

To touch on what Daniel was saying at the end there about wanting to protect and keep BTS for ARMYs I relate so much. As a 2014 ARMY, im always weary when BTS accomplish grand things because it opens them up to criticism and questions from people that just don’t get it. But it has its pros and cons. A big Pro has been all the new ARMY in recent years. 💜💜💜

Shreya

They obviously have translators for them at the concerts when they are giving ending comments but also bts learn specific common phrases of the local languages of the cities they go to but most of the time the content videos only show what bts is saying and edit out the part where the translator is repeating it to the audience in their language that’s why I think you guys are confused about how the audience is able to understand bts

Melissa Torres

they have a translator in the concerts who speaks after them

Phyllis St. Pierre

Ha! End in Maine? Like BTS would ever come to Maine. 🤣 We are too small up here. The closest we get them is New Jersey. It's a good thing they are worth the drive!!💜

Ali

Just an FYI, the talking head sections are not necessarily shown in chronological order. The members are interviewed throughout the tour and then the parts that fit a particular narrative in an episode are included at the appropriate time. It’s why you’ll see the same background behind the members in multiple episodes.

JustAnne

You guys really need to watch the movie some of the missing parts in the documentary are there. The movie will definitely complete Burn The Stage.

Lajimolala

There is a behind the scene episode following them at Billboard 2017. It’s soooo good! Unfortunately the BangtanTV version has no captions but this is a good one: https://youtu.be/wkEWj4_Vyfc?si=kXV7Fl6DZ9VxD0vC

Rae Avilez

I always wonder when being army kicks in for a person and sometimes I think I see it. For me that moment came when Daniel called JK mijo and told him to step away from the edge during the Dreamer mv lol! You guys jumped in feet first and I loving seeing these little snippets of you going full protective army mode. Being protective of BTS is one of our biggest traits.

Anonymous

While Namjoon was singing "I wish I could love myself" the crowd was singing back "I love you" and its honestly so heartwarming, I'm not sure what concert it was or if it was this one but at one tour stop while ARMY kept chanting back "I love you", Namjoon suddenly changed the lyrics and started yelling "Yes I do love myself". One of my favorite moments <33

Ally Quintero

Oh si think it's time for you guys to watch a concert, it would be great if you enjoy they live stages! Maybe starting with the red bullet now that you know the songs

Emmy

I would love for you all to react to So Far Away by Suga (Both versions) and Let Me Know live ! Thank you

L

Ooh I really really hope you have plans to watch an entire concert from beginning to end once you get that couch/beanbag setup. These short snippets and one off songs here and there really don't do the production justice and it would answer SO many questions you've had since day one. I think you'd be surprised by how much they talk/interact with army during a concert. Their overall format for tour concerts is largely unchanged since the days of Red Bullet tour. They just have more budget, more music, and more fans. 😁 PTD is on D+ might be a good one to start with since much of the setlist is covered on your chronological journey and if I remember correctly D+ provides subs for lyrics too but I'm not 100% certain. But they might also edit down the ments/talks as well which is a bummer but still gives you a good idea. Or you could watch Wings tour after you finish the documentary since it's fresh on your mind. But really you can't go wrong with any of their concerts!

Mint Wolf

I love how you guys immediately got defensive when that interviewer said they didnt Know who they were during billboard 😂☺️ True Army!

Sonny Min

Still waiting for Suga • D-Day Album reaction. Please make that happen!

Megan

If you WANT to react to the movie and can find the time for it, we would love to see it. But if you'd rather watch it on your own time and just let us know you saw it, you can certainly do that too. Honestly, your chaotic intros and outros are the BEST PART!!!

Ray

Yes all the official documentaries have similar editing styles and they get even better with each documentary! It would be great to watch the full Wings concert (the Final) after Burn the Stage. Especially since this documentary highlights that tour! The next official documentary is Bring the Soul, which starts the Love Yourself tour era! After that is Break the Silence, which highlights the extension of Love Yourself to Speak yourself Stadium tour! Its so much fun! And I highly recommend watching the concerts corresponding to these tours as well!! (I always recommend the Final concerts of each tour which occur in Seoul) :)) 💜

Lenny Merlenna

The beginning song was by V feat RM singing 4 O'Clock. He was so inspired by the Rapline to be able to perform songs that they created, that he begun to want to compose and write music too. The ARMY bombs are the ones making the words on the stands. Since they are bluetooth connected, it is easy to coordinate the seat numbers to make the designs the production wants to show. During D-Day concert, from where I sit, I can actually see a lady managing or operating this on a laptop. It was so cool! I second what Daniel said. I think majority of ARMY are protective of them. On one hand we want them to achieve success in everything they do. But on the other hand, nah, I'd rather they keep to doing what they do and be appreciated by people that appreciate them than be exposed to unwelcoming criticisms or xenophobia that they had to face from people who are just ignorant. They don't need the Grammys, Billboards, or anything of that sort for validation. They are the best and we all know it.

J.N

Did bring the soul come out before or after bon voyage season 3? I wonder how soon can they react to that documentary

Faye Erika

Pls watch the their BBMA behind the scenes vlog!! That video is so fun and very humbling. How they got their first ever bbma award in 2017 and proceeded to win every single year since then 🥹

Ray

Bring the Soul came out after Bon Voyage S3!

Betty Suwan

The other BTS documentaries are very similar to Burn The Stage (all the official behind scene stuff) so Gabriel don’t worry you have LOTS to go through 😁 Bring The Soul is the next one chronologically, and then it’s Break The Silence.

Dhanya

I really hope so too :) someone from their discord should suggest it!

janelle cryder

You guys have learned so much through what you’ve reacted to previously…don’t let the negative comments get you down!! Your comments and reactions are wonderful and the fact you get defensive of the boys means you’re obviously ARMY through and through ❤️ much love and sending virtual hugs to you all

ParkMiyoung

They have translators at their concerts. They speak in Korean, the translator of the country they're performing will speak afterwards in the native language and it goes on like that. In videos like this they cut the part where it gets translated.

korgi

i'd say for the movie if you guys want to cut the movie in half and do two parts for it you guys want to record it i think that will be a good option for you guys, i definitely wouldn't mind having it cut in half. i also wouldn't mind if you decided not to record when you watch it as well so you guys can just be comfortable and enjoy, remember you don't have to delay certain things if you guys want to watch somethings off camera please do so!! :)

Suga's iced-coffee

Please offer a poll for BTS Halloween Dance Practices. You will LOVE them. Promise!!! 💜💜💜

Park Jimin

indonesian army is hereeee

Velle

The concerts don't have subtitles or captions on the big screens when they talk, but there is a live translator that translates for them. Also, I've noticed that there are times when they just give out pamphlets before the show starts and it has the fan chants written so you won't feel left out when they're singing haha

Linda Buford

Didn't they cancel the top social artist because it just was BTS every year?

Linda Buford

YES!!!! How do we get to Juli?? LOL!! Please let them know about the Halloween performances??? I love them!!

Linda Buford

I have always wondered how there has never been captions for that one!!!!

Linda Buford

Oh I saw Daniel trying to hear and I was screaming at the computer : "We love you!" Oh i hope they see this!! What a special moment!!

Nicole Wang

JK fell down because he was imitating Suga fell during a performance LoL. You know what the youngest will do😆

EsthefiRose

You guys have to watch the episode for the BBMA 2017 with English subtitles 🫰🏻💜

Daijah

That wings Chicago date was on my bday and I didnt even get to go😭

Daijah

They have an English translator at concerts in U.S shows😭

Jenna

I dont usually comment, but I just had to this time to say that I just genuinely love watching y’all so much because of how much we can tell you truly care for the boys and their craft. You sound exactly how ARMY in 2017 sounded, wanting BTS and kpop to explode and get deserved recognition but also being so extremely protective, especially because truly no one knew/understood back then. As y’all know, there are multiple certain moments we can point to that contributed to BTS’s exposure and success, but the BBMAs in 2017 was very much so the last straw, and then everything started rising exponentially like never before. And we were so happy and proud but also continuously fighting prejudice and hate comments from those finding out about BTS and kpop for the first time. It was definitely the point in time that was a game changer for all of kpop. No one had ever really been on a live US show or got an award in the US, before BTS did all of it. It was truly the definition of unprecedented and all of kpop fans had to work so hard to make others take the time to actually listen and understand. Anyways I’ll stop rambling. Just thank you to guys, truly. So glad to have CCW as a part of ARMY! 💜

Olivia

y'all need to watch live performances

Ruth

i agree, almost all interviews or discussions regarding their first bbma are super shallow and cringe-y. like, okay if you just heard BTS that day, but as a journalist/interviewer, you should do your own freaking research before you talk about anything. as an ex-journalist, listening to all that unprofessional talk makes me feel sorry for those seven guys, especially namjoon for having to actually listen, translate, and/or respond to all those low and stupid remarks. so glad that they're now able to meet journalists/interviewers who actually worth their precious time.

Liz

The shot of Jimin when Tae says "and that song is 4 o'clock" 😭😭

Liz

It's so funny. Those venues on the Wings tour seem so small and intimate compared to the stadiums they pack now. LOLOL

Pahton Hulmes

This will probably be way down the line, but if y’all enjoy this style of documentary you’ll LOVE Jhope and Suga’s recent documentaries on Disney Plus. JHope’s mainly focuses on his preparation for Lollapalooza and Suga’s focuses on his solo album writing. Both are excellent 👌🏼

Ona Johnston

Friends episode 4 and 5 were the US tours 😌

Ada

They usually have a translator speak through the sound system after their comments. And for suprises or other things that need army's chants they write messages down in English and Korean or the local language, projected onto the big screens

Moth Honey

Everyone but Gabriel getting geeked about putting together the timeline at 18:45 is very relatable and cute lol

Dianne

I believe from what i remember during Namjoon's performance, he was saying I wish I could love myself and the crowd was saying We love you back to him.

Ohbee

Song in the beginning of the episode is “4 o’clock” by Tae & RM
