omggg I can't believe we're almost done with season 2 as well!! So much more fun ahead with the other two seasons, but I was wondering if you plan to finish Bon Voyage as a whole first or do these series in chronological order (like BV 1, BV 2, Burn the Stage docu-series, BV 3, Bring the Soul docu-series, BV 4)... but maybe that's your secret to keep xD Looking forward to whatever you guys decide to do next anyway!!

If you guys are curious on what the staff do for bts Lee hyun one of the senior solo artists under bighit became one of their staff members for a day. It was so crazy they had like 10 interviews in a day and then had to film butter live video and a lot other stuff. Lee hyun and bts are really close too so it was funny. I know we all get emotional about that but Yoongi actually never said this. It’s more like an assumption someone made and then it went viral and everyone thought it was true. But there’s actually no evidence of Yoongi saying that. I believe he does that because he’s an introvert and has said that he’s not comfortable with making eye contact. But we know he’s a softie and we love him for that 💜💜

I noticed when he was on Jimmy Fallon (and another interview in the States) he mostly looked away when he was talking. I wasn’t sure if there was a translation in front of him he was watching or what. But he was so cute and funny. When Jimmy asked if he was the best basketball player in BTS he answered in English, “Are you kidding me!?” Then he said (in Korean), I don’t think any of the other members know the basketball rules.😂😂

Why don't you wear some BTS Tshirts you received as gifts? I think the guys got them. But we don't care if you are wearing a big size shirt. Maybe use a belt. Something. Be creative. DO you know what stylists do for models if the outfit is too big, but they still have to do a photo shoot? They use clothes pins in the back to pull the fabric together. Try that. Or if your YouTube channel is registered as a real business you can buy shirts just to wear during your reactions, and they are a tax write off. In fact, any money you use to buy things to set up your studio are all tax write offs. You can even do a tax write off of your studio room since it's just used for your business. The best thing...whenever you buy tickets to go to a concert you can expense the whole trip. Hotel, flight, food, merch, and anything for your business. So, in conclusion, wear some BTS merch. Again, just another idea from Idea Girl.

FYI many that work in tourist areas in Hawaii like the bus drivers and shop assistants will speak a bit of Korean Japanese and Chinese as they are a large portion of the tourism market there.

I talk to people everytime I go to the grocery store. It's kind of like a ...hmm how can I explain...like a good deed thing. A mission to uplift people. I give out compliments. And I look people in the eyes and smile and acknowledge them. I help moms with screaming kids. I keep some small water bottles handy. And crackers in packages. I ask permission of course. A lot of times the kids are thirsty or hungry. It's a great diversion for the kid. And. Oh, explanation. I've been a professional nanny before. It's a nanny "trick". I always talk to the child and calmly say something like you're going to be OK. You'll be home soon. Most times it works and they stop crying. I compliment moms and dads with their cute babies. Anyone who looks like they need a good word I talk to. I'm retired and never in a hurry. So I enjoy it. So try it. You might like it. If I saw BTS I would for sure talk to them. Not as a fan. Not go crazy. Just talk normal and make conversation. But that can't happen now. But like in Hawaii at that store I would have talked to them. Probably about the food they were buying. And if Jin asked, "Do You know BTS"? I would want to say no. And ask them to tell me what that was. Yes. Just casual conversation. No cameras. Just a memory.

Korean is not actually a rare language in America, and especially not in Hawaii. 🤣 You can find a Korean community in most major cities, and in areas with a history of Asian immigration. I am very sure those scenes with the Korean speakers were not staged.

Yes. As someone who is korean american living in Hawaii (actually used to) don’t live there anymore 😢 but a big portion of us actually have some asian in us whether it is chinese, korean and japanese but mainly japanese and korean

I lived in Hawaii during the time that this season was filmed. As I recall, it was well known amongst the locals that BTS was there. However the culture of the islands is not to bother celebrities. (It’s not unusual to see celebrities there - several have second homes in Hawaii.) We see the members walking around freely on the show, but that doesn’t mean no one knew who they were. 👀 BTS was definitely well known amongst certain segments of the US at that time.

Honestly, I would love a behind the scenes of filming these. A BTS with the production crew. I know the film crew tries not to be on camera as much as possible, both for their own privacy and because the main focus is supposed to be the boys, but I would find that so fascinating. The camera and production crew doesn't get enough credit. They work their butts off to provide this quality of content for us, and they deserve so much love for their hard work. As much fun as it probably his to be in the midst of the fun chaos of BTS, it's still probably hard work. And yeah, they all have tattoos now, even V. The '7' is the only one most of them have except for Jimin and Jungkook. They have more, everyone else has just the one that symbolizes their friendship. I can't wait for you guys to see the last two episodes. You're gonna love them.

The Korean people that they’ve met aren’t plants. The largest ethnic group in Hawaii is Asian. There’s a large Korean population there.

Yes korean cold noodles taste good! 😊 The soup is at room temp and they are usually eaten during the summer. Although they can be eaten year round too. Since there are a lot of different types of noodles and it's soup base in Asia, the Korean ones are the best for me. If you guys haven't tried it yet, hope you can. It's really good! 💜

When BTS came to Ft Worth for concerts, we carried around Cinnamon Chips for them in case we ran into them. Of course, we spent the day before the concert at all the Ft Worth tourist spots, like dummies. They were of course in Dallas at the art museums.

Their cameramen typically work in pairs, especially when filming in busy, crowded areas or areas where there are cars or other dangers. One films, one guides. This also allows them to switch off, because carrying a camera for 12 plus hours a day, over various terrain is hard work. On the rare occasions where they aren't paired, you can see the BTS members acting as their warning system and giving them a heads up about potential obstacles around them. While it is rare that this footage isn't edited out, it happens occasionally in the Bangtan bombs and episodes, as well as their later seasons of Bon Voyage, where they traveled in smaller groups when doing things like grocery shopping etc. to avoid attracting a ton of attention. While most Army are very respectful of their personal space, especially when they are on "personal" trips such as Bon Voyage, when they became more mainstream in America and other western countries, not all of that respect transferred, so BTS' management staff have had to take precautionary measures in some cases.
