Good Morning Primos!! 

This is our first episode (UNCUT) of Avatar - The Last Airbender. A tier One exclusive 😊

As you'll see, we are experimenting with a virtual solution. It'll look a little different next week, and likely the week after that. 

This is the first of hopefully many shows that we'll get through on Fridays.

I absolutely loved this series. It was a perfect balance of humor, drama, and action. 💜💜 this was a series I grew up on as well as the cartoon “Hey Arnold!”

you guys can definitely get away with reacting to 2 episodes at a time. Later on in the season there are 2-part episodes so it works around that system. Excited you guys are watching the best show ever

For me having watched the show.. please don't listen to people who want to down play some episodes in the first ones because every episode is important. They either build character or build the story as you keep watching. Enjoy. 😊 great start.. 2 episodes pliz if possible.

yay! excited that you guys are reacting to Avatar. Most of the questions that you asked will be answered in later episodes. The only one i will answer that is not a spoiler is that the bending is genetic. But that doesn't mean everyone in the family will be able to bend. Katara can water bend, but not Sokka. Also, Zuko is voiced by the actor that also plays Rufio in Hook. Can't wait for the next episode.

This is such a great show. I'm excited to watch it with you guys! Things move a little fast sometimes, but they only have so much time to cram information in. Most of your questions will be answered in later episodes. But in each of the 4 nations, there are certain people who have the ability to bend an element. Not everyone, and it is genetic. But as you noticed, Sokka and Katara are siblings, but only Katara can water-bend. So, you have Water-benders in the Water Tribes, Fire-benders in the Fire Nation, Earth-benders in the Earth Kingdom, and Air-benders in the Air Nomads. Only the Avatar has the ability to learn all four. But you'll learn more about how that all works as the story progresses. I think you'll really like it, the more episodes you watch. I like hearing your re-cap at the end of what you took from it, and what questions you have. It's nice seeing someone who knows nothing about it slowly start to figure it out. I'm really looking forward to this.

I love this show!!! I watch it at least twice a year. It was a gem that Nickelodeon managed to put out. Netflix bought the series and are now creating a live-action version. It would be great if you could react to two or three episodes at once since the episodes are short. Also, if you read the episode titles, some episodes are split into part 1 and part 2. When you meet those episodes, could you please watch both parts at once? Thank you for your reactions!

This is going to be so fun to rewatch with you both. It’s been years since I’ve seen it so a lot of the questions Daniel asked, I can’t remember the finer details to and have apparently forgotten some of the lore. I did NOT remember it was a Nickelodeon show either.

I watched this with my daughter when it came out and I got so sucked into it! I was so sad when it ended. (I never really liked the sequel and the movie suuuucked, imo.) I'm actually really excited to have an excuse to watch it again! It does start a little slow but it needs to establish a lot of information before the real story begins. It is very compelling as it builds. They also made a game for Wii that's really fun. My daughter and I wasted many a Saturday trying to get through it and I have such good memories of that. Can't wait for next week!

I was so frustrated with myself not being able to remember the details as well, but I haven't watched it since it came out (when my daughter was young). It's almost like watching it for the first time again, so that's a plus for me. Rediscovering!

Wanted to come back to rewatch this with you both since the release of the live action and i must say i am soo looking forward to this, esp since hearing the live action has been mid lol. Over here in NYC they had an Avatar Orchestra and i went there super excited and left SO EMOTIONAL LOL. I felt ALLLLL the feelings and i knew i had to go home and rewatch this w you both! 💜
