Welcome back for an all new episode of Bon Voyage! It's Ep 4!

We are really enjoying this season and seeing the guys truly relax! Today it's the first night of camping in beautiful New Zealand! And some more grocery shopping!

guys, the ladder game for the rooms. you draw a ladder. Then random lines leading to the bottom and then starting at the persons name up top you draw a line to the bottom, but you HAVE to move your pen whenever there is a line to the left or right. it randomizes who gets what room

Taehyung is the cleaning fairy :) you won't see him cooking much but he is usually the one cleaning the dishes after every meal. Also, did yall notice the different ways in how Namjoon woke up the guys at 35:20? the only one he "gently" wakes up is Jin, because he is older

the ladder game/ghost leg is a game of chance I'm p sure. you draw the ladders with random rungs and then you start at the top from someone's number and take every rung your pen encounters, you can't skip rungs so there's no option to cheat. it always works out that no person gets the same number~~

V loves washing dishes, I think he once said it relaxes him because he thinks about stuff while he's doing them. They were still given a budget for food. Hobi was the fund manager. Credit cards too for their gas. But they were given more “freedom” to buy personal stuff this season using their money compared to past seasons where they had to stick to the budget given to them. My guess is that the staff wanted them to be as comfortable as possible with the clothing they needed given the cold weather and a lot of camping.

Yes I've had s'mores, well the Australian version lol. We don't have access to Graham crackers, so we make do with similar biscuits, but in the same vibes, it's a camping/bonfire treat.

Being untethered in space is also just extreme horror to me - the entire talk about how big the universe is (and how our planet is literally just a grain of sand compared to one of the bajillion galaxies existing in said universe just making up space) just makes my head hurt, it's scary how small we are LOLOL my dad loves the idea of going into space and seeing earth from above but I'm like, yeah no I'd have an existential crisis up there and probably have a heart attack and die LMFAO

(Not so fun) fact. I had a work trip to Christchurch BUT had to reschedule my flight a day later last minute. And there's only 1 flight from Singapore to Christchurch on Singapore Airlines daily (then). OTHERWISE, I would have been on the same flight as OT7 on business class! So, had mixed feelings when BV4 was released and then realizing I overlapped so many places with BTS only a couple days apart. So, work was only for 2 days and I stayed on to vacation for 5 more days. And the day I left to return back to Singapore, the person at the check in counter told me that BTS just left the day before me! So everytime I watch BV4, I always wished I never had to reschedule that flight! 😪 It would have been the best 9 hours of my life just being in the same cabin space as BTS!

While I'm definitely a camping person through and through, it is TIRING how much preparation you need for camping. You need your own burner, pots, essentially just a mini stove + your entire kitchen lmao as well as equipment for the car (chains on tires, a trailer for packing, etc). I've always gone with family and we just split up who brings what, but if you go with only one car, man, packing all that stuff is so much. I love the actual camping part of it though, just pure nature.

Summer being so adorably confident about being wrong on everything in the first couple minutes is hilarious. Much like Jimin, who while also adorable, is wrong about sheep. If they are not sheared about every 1-1 1/2 years, it’s very dangerous for their health as the wool just continues to grow. They’ve been bred to the point this is now a necessity.

Its like snakes and ladders, you go down and when you meet a path that goes left or right you have to take that path until you get to the bottom

So in the ladder game you're supposed to make as many vertical lines as there are participants, and then draw horizontal lines randomly in between the vertical lines to create the ''ladders''. BTS don't really do this part but you're supposed to cover the ladder and only then write the names at the top and the prizes at the bottom to avoid cheating. The actual game itself after this is entirely based on luck. You start at the top at someone's name, you move downwards on the ladder and you have to take every turn you come across. Each name is *only* connected to one prize at the bottom, so it's pretty much impossible to have two people end up at the same destination assuming the ladders are drawn correctly (no over lapping lines, etc.). This is also why it doesn't really matter that JK drew everyone's ''route'' since the results would've been the same regardless. Hope this makes sense 😁

I love s’mores!! On Memorial Day my kids and I made some but we toasted the marshmallows with a blowtorch bc it was raining here and we couldn’t have an actual fire outside. 100/10 would recommend the blowtorch method for a perfectly roasted mallow tho 😎🔥

(20:27) They all have a plate of instant rice and they're using the bowls that it comes in as their plates, i guess to avoid extra dishes! Jungkook put half of his rice on the plastic ''lid'' to make room for the Kimchi stew. Also since the captions usually just spell food names phonetically, anything ''jjigae'' is stew!

i LOVE smores even tho it is a nightmarish mess. tastes soooooo good tho. but i have to set mine on fire and let the entire thing be engulfed in flames before i'll blow it out. the insides get all gooey and its amazing. but omg messy. worth it tho also, i absolutely cannot function in the morning. as much as i hate ending a day with the stress of picking up and organizing, its the only way.

Black holes and anything about the space scares me. Whenever I'd get immersed in videos explaining them, I'd get really scared that I'd just stop watching. 😆 It's better not to know alot about them lol

CCW! I live in Washington and i’m actually going camping this weekend!!!!! I was re-watching this episode with you guys and found it a little funny that this was the episode that they started to camp and was released this week as it’s the week i’m also going camping so I was like “oh my gosh what a coincidence” when i realized the camping was this episode 😂😭😭 and I actually love camping and there’s also lakes by the campsites I camp at and my family has kayaks so we go kayaking while camping! My family and I go camping almost every year in the summer sometimes with some friends as well! So i’m definitely a camper lol, I will say setting the tents then packing everything back up when we leave is my least favorite but overall I still love camping with family and friends playing games, talking over the fire sometimes depending how cold it is, eating and eating snacks and sharing them so yeah i definitely love it! anyways that’s enough talking for me lol I can keep going on about camping but i won’t do that lol 😂 anyways if anyone in CCW reads hope you enjoyed my little tangent about camping 😆 but hope you guys have a good day and rest of the week! can’t wait for upcoming videos! 💜💜🫶🏼☺️

Camping in NZ is quite safe. There are no land predators, except for birds of prey. Just have to be careful with insects such as spiders and snakes, which are in all parts of the world. With those desktop wallpaper landscapes, camping is definitely an activity one should try. September is early spring which is such perfect weather. S4 I don't think a big budget for shopping is needed. Most of the time they were enjoying time in the wild & cooking. The accommodations, hiring the vehicles/caravan & flight tickets would be costly for the whole crew. But I mean at this point, I don't think the production hesitated to spend anyway XD Remember in Korea when they picked the accommodations, they went straight for the 9.7 star one XD (the ones so far don't look like luxury, but there are limited options in the mountains. The 9.7 star one will come in a later episode.) I love the scenes in the house. It's so BTS! Hobi being the king of organising things, Suga being the chef or loving father figure (lol), JK helped getting stuff from the van, Tae did the dish-washing even with no gloves with icy cold water, Jimin checked on everyone & tried to help & made the hot drink for everyone, RM's way of waking up everyone in different fashions for each member XDDD

Ohmygosh stoppp My greatest fear is being lost in space!! I've never met someone else with that same fear lolll I also never realised the Tarzan-thingie was so common in NZ, I wonder if it's a thing in Aus too, because I rode one there once during my college days but never saw one again though. I was definitely young & dumb to try it because I'm pretty clumsy, thinking back I'm just glad I didn't eat the ground that day. Just line and layer the crackers, chocs and marshmallows (always on top) in an aluminum pan or even a paper liner, then airfry them up for 3-4 mins. I like mine a little toasty so I about 4mins for me. I also mix milk and dark choco to level the sweetness.

It was interesting to see how they dealt with just walking and not having to do an activity that requires specific focus. They experienced a rare event; having some time enjoying nature & being with each other with no real agenda for a few hours. They almost never get to do that! It was also interesting to see how they broke into different pods at different points during the hike, but always managed to catch-up to each other & create new pods throughout the entire trek. They are such a band of brothers. This episode was so relaxing to watch & the scenery was stunningly elegant.🏞️☃️OT7💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Camping isn't complete without s'mores! I'm from Kansas, we camp and have bonfires quite often and it's always the best sitting around the campfire, singing songs and burning the marshmallows for the smores.
