New Discord Integration (Patreon)

Quick update: To give some LIFE to the Discord server for this patreon, I'm merging the ThreatWire and Snubs Server into one, called the ThreatWire Snubs Server! This means everyone who pledges on either Patreon page (ThreatWire or Shannon Morse) will have access to the same discord server integration. 

Best part: you don't have to do anything. I set it up on the back end of Patreon, so next time you hop into Discord, you should be automatically joined to the merged server as a "Smore" role, as long as you've already connected your Discord and Patreon accounts to each other.
