Hopefully I'll have my mail delivery problem sorted soon. So upset after seeing the person who shares the same first line of address but lives in a different part of London keeps taking my mail. It's a criminal offence!

Please do I should know what I need to do during Friday. What I've heard is the police just tell people it's a civil matter. I'll be sure to stress to royal mail it's the second time in under three weeks.

think it's resolved, CEO office of Royal Mail have taken it under investigation and the delivery office manager is aware and has taken measures to prevent this.
