Changing how patrons are charged. (Patreon)

Hi guys, For this month,apart of changing the tier prices as you know,I decided to enable the "Charging patrons upfront" option, this means that the new patrons will be charged as soon as they pledged.

Why I do this? Because every month around 5 or 7 people delete their pledge,and pledge days after the month is over.Not like I care too much, but I think is unfair that you people are going through your pledge and some others arent, so with this everyone will have to pay their pledge.

For patrons who are already here, nothing will change ^^
