It's so nostalgic to me, one of the first Genesis / MD games I owned and I'm sure many others.

I didn't own this game until about 2000, and it was the port to the PC, at that (Sega Smash Pack Vol. 1 or 2; I don't remember which since they were bundled together, so I've already forgotten which games were for which bundle). But it definitely broadened my horizons musically, enabling me to appreciate jazzier musical structures than I was exposed to by that point in my life. It definitely holds a special place in my heart.
