It's the most obscure game of the trilogy as it was pretty barebones/vanilla and A bit rushed. Apparantly Hugo was supposed to be in it (an early version of his sprites are still in the game). Also it didnt help that it was only ported to the Dreamcast, which was about to get wiped out by the ps2, and arcade gaming was dying.
