Fancy Times (Patreon)

This basically started with me drawing an exceptionally cute Carol on accident then I used that as a base to make this.  I try to keep Carol's hair pretty consistent, but if things were different I'd probably change it around like I do with the girls who have more hair.  Since Jo, Carol, & Alex have shorter styles it's not as easy to play around with them since I keep to a pretty strict timeline.  If I change their hair I will have to live with it for potentially years, so if the fun wears off it's an issue.  With Jess, or Nina, I can put their hair up, or whatever, and people generally accept that it's possible for long hair to be manipulated thus.  

I really like extremely short hair on women.  I mean, I like whatever hair looks good on them, but if super short is an option it's like catnip.  I've always had a preference for boyish women though.  The why is a mystery, but it is what it is.  That said, if you combine a tomboy with a very womanly body it's like POW. 

Anyway, I felt like I did a really nice job on this sketch & I'm also convinced that if I inked it in the comic style I would completely ruin it.
