I apologize for not having more extra content.  Grandpa is keeping me busy and awake almost all of the time.  It makes it vert difficult to create much of anything without an extreme mental effort.  I captured these process shots a while back and intended to show them, but I think these might have been the pages from when Grandma first went to the hospital.  Anyway, as I've said before, I draw in Alex's expressions so her pose matches her intent.  I find if you don't you may draw the head too small or the pose won't line up properly.
