Hopefully this person is still a patron since it took 5 months to get to this request.  Hotmail/outlook has deteriorated to a point where keeping track of emails has become an absolute struggle.  Which is why I intend to switch to gmail, since it hasn't become a complete dumpster fire... yet.  Anyway, I think there is one other one I need to finish to end the round of requests this one came from, but since outlook is such a mess I'm basically guessing at this point.
