Just as an update on me, I had one of my shaking fits last night.  It's the first one I've had in several months, but it usually signals that something is going wrong with me.  What that is I don't know.  No one has ever been able to help with anything associated with it.  In any case I'm struggling to keep up with things so try to bear with me if you can.
