inspiration is a weird thing (Patreon)

This is pretty much how all my stories start, I think of a character one day while I'm daydreaming-- or a stranger sparks an interest, and then suddenly I'm building the first paragraph to a book.

Sometimes I'll get a sentence stuck in my head that I like and I build around that, and sometimes I think of the sadness in a character and how you would describe that sadness before I even know what it is that is weighing on them.

Everyone plans books differently, but for some reason mine always start with the narrating voice or who has caught the eye of the narrating voice.
