(Any sword), very rare (requires attunement)

___

This magic sword is carved from the very bones of a Black Dragon. The darkened bone structure of the blade has its edges marked by clear signs of corrosion that serve as a testament to the toxic nature of its origin. The intricate patterns etched upon its surface echo with the silent whispers of a dragon's ceaseless thirst for devastation. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

As a bonus action, you can expend a charge of this magic weapon to utter the blade's command word, unleashing its corrosive essence. For 1 minute, it drips with a potent acid, reminiscent of the Black Dragon's acidic breath. When you hit a creature with this magic sword while it's activated, the creature takes an additional 1d8 acid damage.

Acidic Erosion. Whenever you miss an attack using this sword, if the target is wearing armor, they must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, their armor is corroded by the sword's acidic touch, reducing its Armor Class (AC) by 1 permanently. If the armor's AC is reduced to 10 or lower, it corrodes entirely, rendering it useless.

This magic blade has 3 charges and regains all expended uses every day at dawn.
