This leather top hat has a magical mistletoe attached to it that is evergreen and healthy. Every day at dawn, roll a d12. A number of berries equal to the result sprout from the mistletoe. Unlike regular mistletoe berries, these are not poisonous. Instead, they are imbued with good fortune.

As a bonus action, a creature can pick a berry from the hat and eat it. Once within the next minute, the creature that ate the berry can roll 1d4 and add the result to one ability check, Attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can decide to use it after it rolls the D20 but before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. The effect of the berry is not cumulative. If you eat more than one at a time, you’ll still only have one use of this ability.

Underneath the mistletoe. While wearing this magic hat, you exhale charisma and confidence. You gain advantage in all charisma checks made to charm. Whenever a charisma check grants you a truly passionate kiss, 1d4 berries sprout from the hat.
