The Midnight Owls is an assassin's guild that runs in the big city of Shatterdam. They are famous for their quiet and furtive assassinations. No one hears a Midnight Owl coming until their knives are in your throat. This magic cloak is made with the enchanted feathers of a Giant Owl.

While wearing this cloak, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide. In addition, when you fall from 120ft or less, you descend slowly 60 feet per round, take no Falling damage, and can land on your feet. If you fall from greater heights, you safely descend 120ft before starting to fall normally.
