Arrow, rare

This reinforced arrow has a glass vial instead of a regular arrowhead. Shadowy shapes constantly move inside the vial, glowing in shades of green and blue. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this piece of magic ammunition.

When you use this magic arrow to make a ranged weapon attack against a creature, that creature takes necrotic damage instead of regular piercing damage. In addition, if the attack hits, the vial breaks as spectral hands attempt to grasp the target. The creature must succeed on a DC15 Strenght saving throw or become restrained by the hands.

At the beginning of each of his turns, the creature takes 1d4 necrotic damage as the spectral hands tighten around it. The creature can repeat the test at the end of each of its turns.

Once it hits a target, the ammunition is no longer magical.
