Tempest Tide is a ritualistic weapon given to the protectors of a rich merfolk realm. They are used to terrorize and defeat outsiders and those who dare to harm the sacred seas. The uncommon version has a different approach being a weapon given to the young warriors of this merfolk realm as a tool to defend them from the dangers to come.
