Discord is available for patrons now! (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I've been working on a Discord over the last week and finally got it somewhere I like! Before I open it to the public, it's available to Patrons first so feel free to join. Oh and make sure your Patreon is connected to Discord.

I've also added a $3 supporter option, and reworked welcome messages and other descriptions for all stuff. Things are a bit more organized now. I didn't change any benefits (besides give roles their designated Discord role) but if I ever do, I'll make sure I tell you.
