Masterclass Improvements (Patreon)

Thank you for taking the time to fill the survey I posted! I have read through your entries and here are some of the improvements I'm making and things I will focus on in the future. If you have other suggestions feel free to comment on this post.

Website Performance & Videos
Most people weren't having any issues, but I see that a few of you had troubles with the video playback. I have now embedded YouTube links on all streams, so that you can watch those if the regular videos aren't working properly for you. You can watch all streams sorted by topics here, and you can also view them in chronological order using the red link at the top if you prefer.

Message of the Month
It seems like most of you found this message helpful, so I will continue to send it out on the 5th of every month.

Efficient Project Streams
I really liked the idea to do some livestreams where I don't talk as much and don't explain things that were previously explained in the masterclass, so that we can build a track efficiently. These will be especially interesting when all the classes are released, so that those who are fully up to date can just follow the process with all the new knowledge. I will, of course, still be answering questions if something I‘m doing is unclear. Thank you for the suggestion!

Topics to Focus on

• Oldschool sound design with Malström (Livestream #6 goes in detail on this, but I will continue to show more techniques on future streams)
• Oldschool Sound design with other Synthesizers (Vital, Serum etc)
• Sound Design in general (in future streams, planning to do entire sound design streams)
• Granular Synthesis (also in future streams)
• Reverse engineering sounds
• Bassline variation (see class about variation, but more examples on future streams)
• Other genres / genre experiment streams to show my thought process

For some of the suggestions that were mentioned, the upcoming livestreams will be helpful to see techniques in practice and in detail.
