172 - We Need A Hero. (Patreon)
Content
Hello. It is I -- Akaman -- the guy who produces noting but wholesome content for the whole family to enjoy.
My new T-Shirt. Ordered it from the internet. Not sure what the message behind the print is, maybe it's promoting censorship or something. But I gotta say I love the design, even though it's a bit too naughty for my liking. This is a family friendly patreon campaign after all.
Alright, the sarcasm section is over ^_^ Also I am not trying to promote the shirt or anything, I just bought it since it has my design on it. (I drew it for Censored Gaming free of charge long time ago :)
The Life. The bitch goes on, she doesn't give two hecks about anything. It is what it is. I have no big news to report, and honestly in this day and age it's a good thing.
The Health. I think I will stop mentioning my health after today's post (unless it gets worse again). Things are OK. Still wish they were a bit better, but being greedy is bad. I eat, I sleep, I exercise and (more importantly) I work. What else is there to ask for? ^_^
The work. This week was awesome! Did a lot of inking, moved on to coloring! The final stretch is in sight (although we are not on it just yet). This episode takes a while again even if we subtract the time of me being inactive due to health stuff, but that's OK. This episode will end season 1 of StarChannel. I hope you're ready :)
The hero. Anyone remembers this little story by Blacktrader?
Well, I sure do. Last month, out of the blue, Blacktrader sent me part 2 of this story. I gave it a read and enjoyed it thoroughly. But when I began talking about adding it to the sim-room he said that it was not why he wrote it. Apparently he wrote it just for my personal amusement, just to lift my spirits or some such. He mentioned something about the lukewarm reception of the first installment so he didn't have much interest in publishing the second one. (Typical creative mind whining, if you ask me).
In any case, I completely ignored all that and told the man to rework the manuscript a bit so it could be used in the sim-room after all. So now I have this on my hands:
And I desperately need someone who can turn it into this:
To sum it up. I need somebody who can (following my instructions) code the text into a cool little VN story. I did try contacting the kind soul who coded the first part for me (Hell Void), but it's been a week without a reply, so I am guessing he won't be returning for the sequel. (I hope he is alright though).
To sum it up one more time! I am looking for a person with minimal coding knowledge but desire to work for the greater good of the collective. The story is approximately the same length as the first one was, but it will require some time to code-in nonetheless. I could do it myself, but you know me: I am always super busy, and this is one thing that I can actually delegate to somebody else, so I would like to do exactly that.
To sum it up one last time: I AM LOOKING FOR A CODER VOLUNTEER TO CODE IN A SMALL PIECE OF THE STORY. (akaburfake2@yahoo.com) EDIT: Thank you everyone who answered the call. I got quite a few offers, you guys are great. :)
That's it for now. I can't wait to be done with Ep12 and share it with you all. Thank you for your support. Love and kisses and all that. ^_^
