I don't listen to many audiobooks myself because I fall asleep, wake up to hear who the killer is, then go back to chapter 2 and find the whole thing is ruined.

But 50% of the comments I see on Facebook LitRPG groups and Reddit are 'that book sounds cool but is there an audio version?'

So in the interests of letting more people enjoy Player Manager, I started looking into making an audiobook. The whole thing seemed expensive and exhausting, but I was tentatively going ahead with it when - out of the blue - one of those audiobook companies messaged me. 'Yo Ted soz for hassle but we like yo book can we do it. Please though'. And I have to say, I liked their style.

Still, I was on the fence until I watched ma wiiife try to explain to her dad what my book was and why a company was interested in it. I'm sure he's more confused now than before (wait so it's a book like a game so do you play the games how do you play a game if it's a book does it come with dice), but seeing her child-like delight at choosing a dude who done a good story sealed the deal.

(Also it brings me one step closer to my true dream - Player Manager The Musical.)

I assume it will take 9 months or a year to see the light of day, so I'll hold off on all the details and whatnot. I just wanted to let you guys know first because seriously, I wouldn't be in this position without your backing.

Oh, fine, You've twisted my arm. One detail. The company asked who my dream narrator would be, and I said Tom Hiddleston (based on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6YN5tDAVW4 ).

And they've confirmed that they're in talks with Tom Huddlestone, the silky-smooth playmaker (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRpBEpHyQJI ).

So yeah. That's it. I can focus on writing the story. Talking of which... what was the link to that cliffhanger generator website?
