ComfyTD 0.0.9 - Improvements for working with faster models (Patreon)

CAUTION! This is currently only tested on 2022. I will likely need to test / update this operator for the 2023 version.... but happy TD release ! 🎉
New / Improved:
📜 Improved Parameter Menu Parsing: Enhanced parsing of parameter menus using ComfyUI node data...menu items / parameter ranges will now be what they are in ComfyUI.
🏌️‍♂️ Update Range Toggle in Display Settings: The new toggle feature in display settings prevents interface lockout with each generation, improving workflow efficiency. The default setting is changed to 'off' for better control.
🎰 TDAsyncIO Component Integration: Integration of TDAsyncIO component to reduce frame dropping when receiving images, with an optional external TDAsyncIO parameter for global shortcut integration.
📷 Image Path Saving Fixed: Can add 'folder/outname' in the filenameprefix, allowing for saving images within specific subfolders.
🕸️ Websocket Output Support: Allows for remote image generation by integrating Websocket output. Must use NGROK to expose their URL publicly. + base64 input image support. ('API Par to TOP' in 'Comfy' parameter page)
📂 API Folder Parameter: A new parameter named 'API Folder' (labelled as Cuiapifolder) defines the location of the API folder, centralizing the management of all API configurations available to the operator.
🆘 Help text (Alt + Hover) on the API Config page now dynamically updates with each configuration change.
