Vaporeon Genitals (Patreon)

As you already know, the Eevee Shimeji has been finished as its SFW version, and I am almost done saving the NSFW- one. One doubt came to me though! And it's about Vaporeon Genitals (you know the Eevee can evolve and such :3).

Also, we all know in a future there will probably exist a NSFW+ version, so I need to decide not only how do the genitals will look in the NSFW- but also in a future NSFW+ one.

My question is: what genitals do you prefer for Vaporeon?
My favourite option is B. But I want to know your opinion :3
