The Faultyverse begins!

This is an exciting point for AGL Studios because we are officially working on two game titles at once. LEVEL UP! That's correct, Girls Overboard FREE Title Updates will continue alongside the development of our next Faulty Apprentice title, Best Elf.

What is the Faultyverse?

A story reach and deep lore fantasy world filled with monsters, magic, mystery, and above all, MAIDENS!

In our interactive visual novels, you take on the role of an ordinary farm boy that left home in search of an apprenticeship. You've tried your hand at a couple of jobs. In fact, you've tried a lot.. Why do you keep getting fired? If you can't hold an apprenticeship at Stars Reach Castle, there is nowhere left!

Is a lifetime of failure leading you to a greater purpose? Or will you fail in a blaze of glory like always? Perhaps with the help of some new friends, you can go from being a faulty apprentice to a true hero!

I started supporting the AGL Studios Patreon with an annual subscription at a time when all AGL Studios games were still developed under a single Patreon account. Now I look at the tier descriptions and it seems you have dedicated this Patreon account entirely to Girls Overboard and if I want to support FA content, I now need to sign up to yet another Patreon account. And looking at the rewards offered by both Patreons, it seems the FA Best Elf key (which was part of the rewards scheme for this Patreon when I signed up) is now absent from both Patreons. What gives?

Yes, this patreon account will be dedicated to ongoing Girls Overboard updates since that has been the current project for the past year. The Faulty Apprentice account will be 100% Faultyverse content. I know its kind of a jump, but in order for us to ramp up production and work on Faulty Apprentice content while still working on GO, its better to separate them. This way fans that want to support FA can support FA and fans that want to support GO can support GO. We are no longer offering Steam Keys for several reasons. 1. Managing keys is time spent by us that we could be spending on development. 2. It throws off the balance of monthly rewards. 3. In order for us to grow on Steam we need people to purchase the game there (Steam's algorithm doesn't like keys). As for the Best Elf key specifically, you would have to be supporting at the month of release, so you haven't lost anything, and depending on the end pricepoint, it will probably be a better deal to purchase directly. I understand your concern about your annual pledge and would be happy to work with you individually to come up with a solution. Hit me up on Discord, email me or send me patreon message. -Din
