I wanna use Dragon Balls for the Bulma pic penetrating... stuff :P But, I haven't watched that show so I'm unsure of how they actually work or what they look like in action...

You gather them all and use them to call the great dragon and make wishes. When they're used they glow gold

They're seven translucent golden spheres with stars inside. Each ball has a different number of stars, from one to seven.

The balls are orange with Red stars on them! The first one got one star the second got two stars and so on until you collect all 7 of them! When you got all seven you can call the great dragon Shen Long and he will fullfill one wish! The dragonballs will disappear in all directions after you made a wish and the dragon is gone! After that you have to find them again to make another wish! There are dragonballs from earth that git the size of a fist and there are the bigger dragonballs from planet Namek that got the size of a humans head! If you got more questions feel free to ask!

I don't quite remember the series in which Bulma dressed like this (I only watched the later series). However I do recall a plot line where she had a dragon ball and Goku had to do something to get it from her? Anyway what you could do is amp up this idea and have her ball sack stuffed with dragon balls, making it look large and heavy. Then she can squeeze or cum them out :)

About all the information you need about the Dragon Balls has been given, but I feel it's worth mentioning Capsule Corporation, her father's company. As the name suggests they make all kinds of devices (up to the size of houses, cars and planes!) which compact down to handheld capsules for easy transport. When she appears it's usually with some extremely handy capsule tech, most of which she has developed herself. I feel capsules offer more sexy potential than the Dragon Balls.
