Doing the best I can here guys... can't help but see that engagement is down and the same with sign ups.... Not sure why, I'll just have to keep drawing and not second guess everything I do  which will just give me an ulcer.... ;)

Not exactly your best work. I mean I want to like it but the diamond on Tsunade's forehead is off. As in, in the anime/manga the diamond is more akin to a tattoo that she has on her forehead whereas for some reason in your art piece it pops out to the point it looks like it protrudes from her forehead like a piece of jewelry (some kind of forehead piercing) or something.
