"Now that my control over my form isn't quite so instinctively driven, I have a bit more freedom of my looks. I still can't do quite what my kids can do, but I can at least change my, uh, hair? Its not hair. Its just pretend. But I like it. I can't seem to get away from the, well, what would normally be back-breaking breasts, my form just makes them that way, but its fine, I guess. I dont have enough control to make nipples either, but again, I'm kinda just made of water. It doesn't really matter, huh? Besides, I'm here with a job to do. I work for the government - I don't need to be worried about matters of sex. Well, anyway."

This was fun! I dunno if I nailed it or not, but man, figuring out how to color a girl made out of water is not exactly easy, haha... In any case, Im planning on making a new comic as a follow-up for To Be A Cow, and Emily shows up as our cow's savior, and she has a new design, so I figured I'd show it off here.
