Jade from DragonQuest (July's Requests) (Patreon)

Hi there. As you might have guessed I took Jade and did a BBCchan on her. I don't know how else to describe it..

But let me start from the beginning. Mid-Friday I started working on Jade's pinup, looking for a dynamic pose, facing you, with a mix of I'll strike you down with my spear, or maybe I'll give you a chance to "prove your worth" (in another field) ^^

So, with sketch done, I started Inking it realizing that ... it looked weird. I tried fixing it but something was fundamentally wrong. I think the 3D of Jade from the game was throwing me off.

So, with Saturday gone, and having just binned the last design.. I was at the bottom of a  very deep dark pit.. thinking I will completely fail this. Starting Sunday, I threw away everything and went for this new Jade, whose only relation to the game one, would be the huge pony tail (hair), bunny ears (from that costume) and one of her spears.

Somehow, the face turned to a look that reminds me of BBC-Chan's girls. The lack of time made me to not make a clothed version of it, and to slap a very quick background as well. Definitely not to the level I wanted either.

So anyway. I'll count this as a fail really. That made me decide that in August I will take a break from "Requests". Instead this will be a month dedicated to Akabur/DAHR fanart. I know that most of my supporters are from these two artists, so I don't think anyone will complain if this place fills with Jasmines, Iris, and some of the other girls I love so much. 

And with that news I'll leave you. A big Thank You as always for your love and support. Although I was very sad that Asami last week seems didn't amuse anyone. But hey, I'll gather my pieces, stand up and continue, because BadSpider's work never ends..
