I personally like your reaction to the dub better because of the little things you notice. I don't think it's lazy to watch dub but I feel like you're more engaged with what you're watching when you aren't splitting your focus with subtitles.

You probably know by now, but Ken Takakura is an actor in older movies in Japan. He's like Japan's version of Clint Eastwood. Also, the Japanese voice actress for Turbo Granny also voices Luffy in One Piece.
