Minor tier changes! (Patreon)

Hey everybody!  I'm considering eliminating the $10 tier and moving all of its rewards down to the $5 tier!  Overall this shouldn't really have much of an effect on anyone's pledge, except for meatier rewards for $5 patrons!  I'll most like make this change the start of next month!
