As a quick overview of the voting rules, there are no brackets. At the end of each round, the character with the least votes will leave the battle. We'll repeat the process until only the winner remains, and each round will remain open 48 hours.

it's a knock out style of voting sir. each time a new round starts one of the contenders have been knocked out, the people who voted for person X now have to vote for another candidate. and while the top three will doubtlessly not change, the order may very well change. for example this round neo and weiss are tied (as far as percentages go) but the round before this one neo was ahead by 2%. the rounds do matter to some extent. although it's pretty obvious that we could probably just cut out the middle man and jump to the top 3 or even top 2 given the margin difference.
