ONHA - Fight System (Patreon)

Hello thar, Meinos Kaen here, and the Ore No Hero Academia Demo progresses!

Today I want to share with you a mockup of the fight system I'm working on. As you can see, while for JPDE I decided for a traditional JRPG battle system, for ONHA I've decided to go with a system inspired by another fight system that I love: the Suikoden series Duels.

You can see an example of that in this video here, from my favourite entry in the series: Suikoden IV (probably one of the most unpopular opinions ever).

Of course it's not identical. There are a few bells and whistles that I've added that are specific to ONHA and Riley. Maybe you can start guessing what they are... :P
