So, since the 50$ wasn't being used by anyone, I've decided to remove it all together. Also, to mix it up for nominations even more, from now on 40$ can nominate for Sprite Polls as well.

Aka, you still get only one nomination but you're not restricted to Route Poll nominations anymore.
