All tiers are now cost less! (Patreon)

Since some of the tiers features are kinda useless in a way that nobody use them properly (Discounts). i'm removing discount feature and lowering total price a bit. But i'm adding patreon comissioner tier slot.

Those comissioners are served with high priority and my FA waiting list do not apply to them. 

You should uncheck yourself from a FA list if you are already in waiting list there.

I kept all current levels so everyone can slowly cancel subscribtion and repladge now or later.
