Billing (Patreon)

Quick update - I've moved over to subscription billing, so *new* members will now renew on the data they subscribed, not the first of the month.

This is fairer for members so it's the obvious thing to do.

(I didn't actively choose not to do this before, it was just set to Patreon default).
