I don't know enough about Dr. Cimmerian's character to make it an interesting video, and the Ethics Committee have wildly differing interpretations depending on the author. It'd be like making a video on D-Class.

Yeah, there are just core concepts that have a lot of flexibility and thus I'd rather showcase throughout the series rather than make a single video on, like the O5 council.
