Updated Tiers (Patreon)

Changed the Patreon tiers around a little bit because I'm never really satisfied. For $1 or more now, you get early access to videos as well as access to the weekly polls to decide the next video I work on. $5 or more gets your name at the end of the videos. We'll see if this works out, but really I'm just terrible at the whole business aspect of things :/
