Sneak Peak (Patreon)

Wanted to share a little sneak peak on one of the bigger changes coming to Patreon!

Up until now, every scroll has been completely independent. That made it easy to move through topics quickly, but it did make it feel like once a scroll came out it was quickly lost or forgotten. I don’t want my work to become a commodity or something that loses its value almost instantly, so I think I have the solution.

Scrolls will now be like chapters in a book with this first one being the Book of Monster Harvesting. Each book will be 8 pages or so of themed content that you can continuously go back to for ideas and story-telling tools. This format allows each chapter to be something unique and useful but still mesh with the rest of the book’s contents.

I’m also planning on an option for higher-tiered patrons to be able to print out and assemble the pages into actual zines! My hope there is you’ll be able to literally create your own library of doomed tomes and books.

Anyways, that’s the update! I’m super excited to start sharing this book next week and then see where it goes from here. Let me know your thoughts/feedback/questions in the comments!
