Each topic gives you six choices... when you present the scenario, roll a d6 and choose the number rolled. So let's take the Drinking Game as an example. You present your party with a drinking game when they are in a rowdy tavern. (Rolls D6) and get a 3. (DM) presents "The Keg Breaker" game. I would add an NPC or two based on how many players want to join. Then they take turns throwing hand axes. I would add a way to wager something. Like gold. or like the loser has to get a hideous tattoo. I hope this helps!
