Wrapping Up Production (Patreon)

Just wanted to drop in real quick to update everyone on what's going on my end of things. I've actually had the cover art inked and cleaned up for a while now. This was shortly before my new day job kicked in. Since then I've struggled to find the headspace to get back onto the cover art - partly cuz it feels like it had to be perfect? Being the cover and all, and also partly since I dread doing backgrounds, which didn't really help with the whole "no pressure" part.

I do like the original energy of the cover sketch as it was, just with a few minor tweaks here and there. Recently I finally found enough willpower to resume work on the cover art, minimized the amount of details to the background significantly to something more economical.

As of this post, I've laid out the color flats to get a better sense of how things will look. I'll continue working in the rest of the colors bit by bit as and when I have the mental bandwidth. Once the cover is completed, I'll be looking at compiling all the bonus material and rough sketches that will go into the final e-book. Of course, Patrons supporting this project will get to enjoy a heavily discounted version of the  
comic book upon release eventually.

Hibernation Mode

As soon as Meatier Showers: Swole Mates is completed, I will freeze all Patreon billing for the project. I've deliberated on this for the longest time and feel that it would be the wisest move. 

While I won't elaborate too much here, my current job has been mentally taxing on a weekly basis, leaving not a whole lot of creative bandwidth for me to begin any preproduction work for a future Meatier Showers title as I had originally planned.

For those of you who've pledged a year's worth of support, once the billing freezes, you should still be able to resume access should there be new content in the future for the remaining months.

Once I am properly settled into my new home and able to go on a sabbatical, I will resume Patreon billing as soon as there's enough new content to share with everyone. I hope I was able to clearly communicate my intentions here. If you have any questions or concerns, please kindly leave them in the comments below in this post.
