In the year 2025 the US Military sent a probe to the sun, it caused a freak reaction which sent a solar flare to Earth. 50% of the world's population experienced mutations of varying degrees and developed extraordinary powers.

Most of the people affected used their newfound powers for personal gain and criminal actions.

My city has become plagued by super powered corruption. I too had been affected by the solar flare, at first all I could do was make light appear, kind of like a torch. But the more I used my powers the stronger they became and my body changed along with them.

At first It was a slight loss in muscle definition and height however, before I knew it I could barely pass myself off as the man I was before. My chest and ass began to swell, my hair grew uncontrollably and my dick began to shrink.

I went in for an examination and they confirmed my fears, I had changed on a chromosomal level and my body was quickly becoming completely female. I had even begun to develop a womb.

By the time the changes had completely finished I my powers had changed from simply creating light, to being able to completely manipulate the light around me enabling me to fly and cause serious damage with my energy blasts.

As a way to distract myself from the loss of my identity I adopted a new one and began battling the crime in my city under a new name...
